Wednesday mornings from 10:00 - 11:15 AM (June 2017)

A gentle, yet deeply profound practice to leave you feeling nourished and well-rested. This class is the perfect balance between energizing the body through active stretching and strengthening and restoring the body through passive restorative poses and conscious breathing.

Classes are taught to be accessible to all levels. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class with your mat and water bottle.
