Kula Yoga Detox & Digest
$75 for 6-week course
Monday evenings from 8 - 9 PM (September 11th, 18th, 25th & 2nd, 9th, 30th October 2017)
When you feel tired and weighed down by stress, a lack of exercise, and poor food choices, give your body and mind a reboot with a detox. A detox doesn’t always mean a rigorous diet, juice fast, or expensive herbs and pills. You can detox through yoga too, with a practice that’ll leave you feeling lighter on the inside and more energetic on the outside by improving your digestive fire & reducing belly bloat.
These classes are formatted in a 6-week workshop series. Each session will build on the one before leaving you with a solid home yoga practice to continue detoxing through improved breathing, movement & digestion.
Classes are taught to be accessible to all levels. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class with your mat and water bottle.
