Feeding our families well – with healthy nourishing whole foods – can be exceptionally challenging. Kylah, a full-time working mom, knows what it feels like to struggle to get a decent meal on the table that everyone will actually eat. It’s so easy to get caught in a cycle of feeding our children carbs and cheese night after night and let that become our daily ‘normal’. This topic is extremely near and dear to her heart and something she has researched, experimented and worked very hard at turning around for her own family after years of last minute, mediocre, ‘kinda healthy’ meals that resulted in uber picky eaters and a stressed mama. Together we’ll explore and discuss practical ways to develop a rhythm of clean, simple eating and family-friendly (not just kid friendly!) meals. You’ll leave with a meal plan template and together we’ll fill in the first week for you!
